Boğaziçi University’s Institute of Film and Media Studies is continuing to expand its faculty as part of its strategic academic development.

Established in 2024, the Institute seeks to become a leading academic center, both nationally and internationally, in film, media, and audiovisual culture studies, guided by an interdisciplinary approach and an innovative vision for higher education.

Accordingly, multiple full-time Assistant Professor positions are planned within the Division of Film Studies and the Division of Media Studies, and two academic job announcements have been published. These announcements are accessible via the “Announcements” section of the Institute’s official website.

We invite applications from candidates who specialize in the relevant fields and are prepared to actively contribute to both teaching and research. Applicants must meet the qualifications outlined in the announcements and submit all required documents.
